The more Norkova expands, the more events we want to host! We need help leading and setting the tone for our weekly events.

What does an Activity Leader do?

Norkova will plan and prep for each event, and Activity Leaders will physically be onsite, making sure the logistics flow and everyone feels welcome and engaged! Activity leaders will be responsible for setting the tone, holding space, maintaining the happy vibes of Norkova events.
Which events can you lead?

For events like cold plunges, hot girl walks, and small groups:
The activity leader will lead the conversation questions, take everyone to the meeting point, and direct the flow and logistics.
For events like craft night, speaker series, yoga, and other more intensive events:
Norkova will provide the materials, venue, attendees, etc. and Activity Leaders will set-up, break-down, and coordinate the flow of the actual event.
Compensation

Activity Leaders will absolutely be compensated! Each event will be clear on time commitment and compensation prior to sign-up. Some events will be volunteer / trade basis (Hot Girl Walks, Cold Plunges, etc) and others will be paid.
