❋
Starts mid-January! $45 for the series
Beat the Blues
seasonal social series
gals | ladies | mens groups
What to Expect
A recurring social + wellness group meeting monthly for three months.
❋ Grouped by ages / gender / gender identity
Gals | Ages 25-40
Ladies | Ages 40-60+
Mens | All ages
*we aren’t doing age specific mens group because we want to encourage multi-generational & organic mentorship among men. Mentorship & guidance among men is severely lacking in modern day society.
❋ Scheduled and planned events to add to your calendar.
Connecting socially and intentionally in this day and age of “booked and busy” can be tough.
We have each event for Jan, Feb, March planned out ahead of time.
15 slots available per group. If the series doesn’t fill up, we’ll offer drop-ins for other people who want to join ad-hoc.
❋ Same group, each month
How often have you been to a fun event, circle, retreat and hope to see that group again, but it never happens? That’s why this series was born.
By signing up ahead of time, having limited slots, this creates an atmosphere and energy of “we’re in this together.” It’s enough people to have some flavor, but not enough people where you feel lost in a crowd.
❋ A group chat & a patch
It’s the little things. Each group member can choose their “group name” and Norkova will make a patch to add to your collection.
We’ll also have a group chat in the BFF (Geneva) app to coordinate member-led social activities.

Cross Stitching & Movie Night
When?

In Long: Norkova will provide the venue, beginner cross-stitching kits & instructions (anyone can do it!), and a movie. The group will pick the movie together.
Guests can bring apps, goodies, beverages, etc
The Intention?
We’ve lost the art of “hanging out.” Not going to dinner, seeing a show, going to an event. Chilling, putting your feet up, taking the mask off, having no plan.
Let’s hang out. Come in sweats, pjs, or whatever you’re comfortable in. Learn a new skill, watch a fun movie, gab with the gals, make new friends.

Intention
The real connection happens in-between. The side conversations, the stories about grandmas recipe, the laughter over the party game. In this day and age, bars, nightlife is not necessarily the preferred social activity. Houses are smaller, people are renting, & dinner parties are less feasible. Let’s bring back a good ole fashion dinner party!
March
Plant a Pot

Gals - Saturday, March 7th, 10am
Ladies - Sunday, March 8th, 10am
Where?
Living Room Studio, by Norkova
824 S 400 W, Ste B112, SLC, UT
What?
In Short: Planting seeds, herbs, propagations
In Long: Norkova will provide the venue, a few small pots, soil, and seeds. This is an interactive and guest-owned experience, so if you have a favorite plant, seed, propagation to share, the more the merrier!
A time to chat, move slow, & plant goodies for Spring time.
The Intention?
Most things are better with friends, but especially gardening and potting! Some are experienced with plants, some are not. This is a great way to share your knowledge and/or try something new. There’s something incredibly primal about laying seeds, potting soil, sharing plants, and a few laughs along the way.
