Join us for a 2-day camping retreat in beautiful Southern Utah. The desert has an incredibly grounding, freeing, and revitalizing energy. We will be spending 2 days forming community, diving in to yoga and meditation practices, and immersing ourselves in nature.

This is an all-skill level friendly event! If you are brand new to yoga, not a big hiker, or camping is not your thing, this a perfect, low-stakes weekend to try something new.

Dates: June 1st - June 2nd

(8am Saturday - 5pm Sunday)

Where? Moab!

Accommodations: Camping - if you do not have camping gear, please reach out to Kate at kate@norkovahealth.org and we will try our best to accommodate.

Transportation: Transportation Provided - We will all head down in a two passenger vans which is included in the retreat fees.

Food: Lunch and Dinner Saturday, and Breakfast and Lunch Sunday is provided. It will be all natural, light, healthy, fulfilling meals.

Please eat breakfast or bring snacks for the car ride on Saturday morning.

Sliding Scale $125 - $175

This means pay whatever you are comfortable within this range. We would like this to be affordable and accessible to all!

Accommodations

We will be staying at the Gold Bar Group Campsites in Moab 

  • 4.5 hour drive from Downtown Salt Lake City

  • Bathrooms on site (nothing bougee)

  • No electricity! This is true camping

  • Right next to the Colorado River

  • Gorgeous and private
