About the Retreat
We will be doing several kundalini yoga sessions, breathwork, a winter hike, community meals, motherhood-centered workshops, and much more.
We want to respect your time away from your children and family, so really make this time your own! If you need rest, rest! If you want more hiking or community building activities, we’ve got those too. It’s really what you make of it.
For those who have attended the previous Norkova camping retreats, you know the food is GOOD. Since we have a kitchen this time, the food is going to be a main priority and we can’t wait to nurture and nourish everyone!
This will be a re-centering to self, your role as a mother, your goals, and a rest for your soul. See you there!
Feeling called to re-center in the mountains?
