What is it? 4 Weeks of Varying Challenges

  • Time Commitment: About 1 hour a week

  • First call is tomorrow 11/7 at 7pm MST

  • All genders encouraged to participate

  • Future call times TBA

  • Group chat and accountability forms

  • $30 for the month, or $10 per week

Weekly Overview

Week 1, November 6th - 12th: Check-in and Challenges

1. Cold Plunge

2. Do something out of your comfort zone

3. Do something nice for yourself

4. Do something nice for someone else

Week 2, Nov 13 - Nov 19th: Kundalini Yoga

Led by Diana Ibarra - she will do a 1-hour virtual Kundalini Yoga and there will be a few Kundalini practices challenges. Recording will be sent if you cannot make the agreed upon time.

Week 3, Nov 20 - 26th: Breathwork

Led by Madeleine Vargas, founder of Breathe to the Beat - she will do a 1-hour virtual Breathe to the Beat (Wim Hoff / Holotropic style to the, you guessed it, beat of music!). Recording will be sent if you cannot make the agreed upon time!

Week 4: Nov 27th - Dec 3rd: Final challenges, reflection, and wrap-up. Live small group call will be schedule at the group's convenience!
