Key Outcomes:

  • support group vs group therapy --> small groups are support groups, therefore we keep conversation topics within a certain range to ensure the safetey and integrity of the group

  • guide discussion to encourage a productive, safe, and fruitful experience

  • learn about yourself at a deeper level

  • step into a leadership role and empower others

  • “leaders eat last” mentality

what is a small group?

a support group or facilitated discussion. groups range from 5-15 people. typically an hour long.

small groups are the backbone of norkova. they are what we are founded on.

intentional, genuine connection.
