3 days, 2 nights in gorgeous Escalante, UT.

An outdoor adventure and community-centered weekend. Much less “retreat” and much more “weekender with cool people.”

Hiking, movement, silent disco, community, good food!

Dates: March 8th-10th

Noon on Friday - Morning Sunday

Where? Escalante, UT

Accommodations: Luxury AirBnb in the hills —> Shared rooms, single beds.

Transportation: Carpool! Feel free to drive yourself, but Norkova will provide a carpool spot for everyone who needs.

Food:

Friday: Lunch, & Dinner

Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner

Sunday: Breakfast

*Food will be a highlight and priority of the experience. We will provide healthy, nourishing, and flavorful meals.

Fees: $325 via Venmo or the events page sign-up

  • $75 deposit due at sign-up

  • Remaining fees due 2 weeks before retreat

  • $300 for the first 5 early bird sign-ups

What you need to bring: yourself, clothes/toiletries, water bottle, yoga mat, and a good attitude!

What will we be doing?

Saturday

7:30am Early wake up, breakfast, coffee, intention setting

9am - Morning movement, breathwork & yoga flow

11am: Hike in Escalante (tba)

1pm - Lunch

2pm-Dinner: Frolic outside, cold plunge, craft, games

6pm - Dinner

7pm~: Cacao, silent disco, movement, and more frolicking

Sunday

8am: Breakfast, coffee discussion, & quiet morning

9am: Retreat wrap up and concluding movement session

11:30am: Head home!

Friday

Noon: Arrive at house

+ welcome lunch

3pm: Short, local hike

5:30pm: Dinner

7pm: Movement session

8pm+: Games, movie, hang out, community bonding

Meet your Hosts

Jenny

Jen is a Project Manager by day, and spin instructor and flow yoga + movement instructor by night. She is passionate about sharing her gift of bringing people together and inspiring others through her own light and allowing other to see the light within themselves. She is equal parts profound and inspiring as she is funny, and will be sure to provide a good time this weekend!

Kate

Kate is the founder of Norkova and passionate about mental health and wellness. She has a gift for bringing people together and planning events. She is the main organizer and meal planner, but also will be djing the silent disco.
